When you know what you want, but just feel stuck in the "how" to get there...

If you don't know what you want, but know you want a change...

Consider life coaching.

Some clues that coaching is right for you might include feeling stuck in your career or personal life, having tension or pain in your body, struggling with limiting beliefs that affect your ability to move ahead, or with emotional blocks related to fear, guilt, shame, grief, lies, illusion, or ego attachment.

If you are motivated and ready for change, but just need someone to push you to face obstacles in a new way, to be supportive, and cheerlead you on, give life coaching a try.

My coaching program includes:

Maximize your potential through a collaborative approach to self-discovery that will help you set & achieve your goals and overcome limiting beliefs.

A 7-step program that helps you align your mind, heart, body, and spirit.

The Mind: In today’s culture of scarcity, many of us live our lives with beliefs that we are inadequate. I am trained in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), an evidence-based practice that focuses on changing unhelpful thinking patterns to help rewire the brain to work for you, not against you. By filling my clients’ tool boxes, they can develop effective coping strategies.

The Heart: Our emotions play a big role in our lives, but if we are unaware of what we are feeling or how others are feeling, this can take a toll on our success and relationships. I use tools from Emotional Intelligence to help my clients increase self-awareness and develop their personal competencies through emotional and relationship management.

The Body: I believe everything is intertwined. When we have negative thoughts, we feel badly, and store that negative energy in our bodies. I help my clients pay attention to their bodies and help them integrate their experiences, so they can be proactive rather than reactive. I use age-old tools such as meditation, yoga, and visualization to help my clients release tension and better understand what their body is trying to tell them.

The Spirit: Spirituality means different things to different people. I incorporate spirituality into my practice in an open manner, focusing more on integrating the person as a whole rather than enforcing certain beliefs or dogmas. In a similar way to how Abraham Maslow organized his hierarchy of needs, I organize my program around the Chakras. These are energy centers along the spine that, when unbalanced, can lead to problems in a multitude of ways.

Core Intelligence drills down to our core beliefs, the beliefs we have developed from early life experiences that influence our lives today and often keep us stuck. Core Intelligence also examines core emotions and how they are manifesting in the body.

Through this organized framework of the 7 Chakras, we can turn primal fears to primal power, creating a strong foundation through grounding, healing, and empowerment, and then build upon this foundation to achieve work-life balance, fulfilling relationships, confidence, and self-fulfillment.
